There are frangipani trees planted within the pool to offer gentle shade from the sun, plus water features which allow the sound of trickling water to soothe your senses.
The master bathroom is generously-proportioned and provides a large walk-in wardrobe area, substantial bathtub, walk -in shower with steam bath and twin wash basins. Access from here is given to the outdoor pool area as well as outdoor shower if required.
There is an office area, with a vaulted ceiling allowing good air circulation, and equipped with a large marble topped desk looking out over the pool and gardens to the lagoon beyond. Within this room there is an over-sized day bed which can easily double as additional guest accommodation if required, a large flat-screen TV, plus a wet bar with mini-fridge and wine fridge.
There is free wifi and you get your own villa host to take care of everything. This is lifestyle investment, where the resort management takes care of everything. You can enjoy a free stay for 2 month every year in your villa and at the same time get an rental income for the rest 10 month. It is also possible to exchange 2 weeks of your free nights in your villa every year to other world resorts, where you can stay for free as well.
The second bedroom is also spacious. It, too, has a vaulted ceiling, plus floor to ceiling windows on two sides which give onto a private area lay to lawn.
The en-suite bathroom is generously-sized with a large walk-in shower and basin.
The centrally-located living area looks out to through large retractable windows to the capacious deck, with separate areas for sun-loungers and alfresco dining.
The infinity pool provides an eye-catching centre piece and extends practically into the lagoon itself. Within the pool there is a sunken Jacuzzi with seating, whilst on either side there are sun-decks providing further relaxation space.
You will also find a sala overlooking the lagoon + two deckchairs.
The garden area is extensive and well-manicured, planted with lush tropical foliage and flowering shrubs.
The villa price includes a regular membership for the owner and his/her spouse and children at the top-class Laguna Phuket Golf Club, plus added benefits inherent with this resort such as discounts on food and beverage at the many quality outlets.
Phuket International airport is about 25 minutes away by car; Central Festival shopping mall about 35 minutes; and Chalong Pier about 45 minutes should you and your family like to partake of a boat trip to one of the many islands dotted around the main island of Phuket.
